Welcome to The Hollough, the online portfolio of Sheri O'Connor, full-time student, part-time designer and developer.

I am located in the beautiful District of Muskoka , Ontario, Canada - home to the idyllic landscapes that inspired the art of Tom Thomsom and the multitudes that have come after him.

What I do

I design and develop new and print media, specializing in the production of standards compliant front-end solutions, optimized server-side scripting, and original artwork that communicates clearly and effectively with the target audience.

Weapons of choice

Design

I use Adobe® Photoshop® and Adobe® Illustrator®, to create, manipulate, and design digital graphics to suit the needs of each individual project.

Development

I develop (hand-code) web-based software using PHP, XHTML, AJAX, and MySQL. My platforms of choice are Codeigniter and jQuery, for the simple reason that I can rapidly produce compliant, optimized, and unique code with minimal effort.
